Living Loss Practice
Support in life changes, grief & wellbeing

Throughout life, we all face changes that can deeply affect our sense of identity, security and belonging. Moving abroad, going through a divorce, living with a chronic illness or physical disability, losing a job or experiencing the end of a meaningful relationship can all turn our lives upside down.

Grief is not only something we experience after the death of someone we love. It can also be a response to significant life changes, even when we don't immediately recognise what we are experiencing as grief. Sometimes, we grieve not only what we have lost, but also the life we once knew or the future we had imagined. This can be part of what is often referred to as 'living loss'.

After going through significant life changes, you may find yourself questioning who you are, what you want or where you belong. You may experience sadness, uncertainty, frustration or loneliness. Past experiences and long-established coping patterns can also influence how you see yourself and respond to challenges today.

Recognising and understanding these feelings can make a meaningful difference. At Living Loss Practice, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your emotions and gain insight into your coping patterns. Together, we can find healthier ways of coping with change, strengthen your self-confidence and help you reconnect with yourself and what matters to you, while making space for both what has been lost and what lies ahead.
