Living Loss Practice
Support in life changes, grief & wellbeing

Grief and loss are not only about losing someone we love. Loss can take many forms and affect us at different stages of life. It may be the death of someone close to us, but also significant  life changes, such as illness, the loss of health, the end of a relationship, divorce, a loss of belonging, relocation or having to let go of the life we once imagined. These experiences are not always recognised as grief, yet they can have a profound impact on our emotional wellbeing and daily lives.

Major life changes can also leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. You may find yourself questioning who you are, struggling with self-confidence or finding that experiences from the past still influence how you feel today.

Everyone experiences and copes with difficult situations differently. Adults may try to stay strong, keep busy or push difficult emotions aside. The coping patterns we develop throughout our lives also play an important role in how we deal with emotions, relationships and challenges today.

Children and teenagers may struggle in their own ways, sometimes finding it difficult to understand or express what they are feeling, particularly during family changes or other emotionally challenging situations.

At Living Loss Practice, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your emotions and coping patterns, and find ways to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, balance and resilience.
