Living Loss Practice
Support in life changes, grief & wellbeing

Welcome to my website!

Somestimes life takes a turn we did not expect. Losing someone you love, moving to a new country, going through a divorce or struggling with your confidence can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or lost.

At Living Loss Practice, I offer a warm and supportive space to explore what you are going through, understand your emotions and find new ways of coping. Together, we work towards greater confidence, emotional resilience and a renewed sense of balance.

I support adults, children and teenagers through individual counselling, family support, grief support groups and online sessions, i
n-person in Schwabing-West, Munich & online.

Taking the first step can feel difficult. You are welcome to contact me for a free, informal phone conversation. We can talk about your situation, what you are looking for and whether I might be able to help.

How can I help you?

Grief & Loss

Losing someone you love can change every part of life. Grief is not something to fix, but something to learn to carry and integrate into your life. I can help you understand and normalise your grief, recognise coping patterns and adjust them where needed, while finding your way in a life that has changed.

Life changes

Relationships, divorce, relocation, illness and other major transitions can leave you feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Counselling can help you understand what is happening, recognise patterns in how you cope and explore what you need to move forward.

Children & Teens

Children and teenagers experience emotions in different ways and may struggle with family, friendships, school or self-esteem. I support them at their own level, helping them understand their feelings and develop coping strategies that work for them.

Who am I?

Who am I?

I am a Dutch-trained Social Worker (BA) with a three year post bachelor professional training programme in Grief and Loss Therapy, now based in Munich.

My experience includes supporting adults, children and teenagers through bereavement, chronic illness, brain injury and other forms of living loss.

I offer individual and family counselling, tailored to the different ways children, teens and adults experience and cope with loss.
