Grief group support
Over the years, I have seen how much comfort, understanding and strength people can find in sharing their grief with others who have experienced loss themselves. This is why I strongly believe in the value of grief support groups.
Losing someone you love can feel incredibly lonely, even when surrounded by caring family and friends. People who have experienced a similar loss often understand feelings that are difficult to put into words. Sometimes, a shared experience, a few words or simply knowing that someone understands can make a meaningful difference.
In my small support groups, I create a warm and safe space where everyone can share their story, listen and connect at their own pace. Together, we explore different aspects of grief, find comfort and recognition in shared experiences, and discover ways to live with loss while making space for life as it continues.
The groups are held in English at my practice in Munich, Schwabing West. We meet every three weeks for 90 minutes, with a maximum of six participants to ensure a personal and supportive atmosphere. You are welcome to join at any time, even if the group has already started.
