Living Loss Practice
Support in life changes, grief & wellbeing

Support options

At Living Loss Practice, I offer three types of support, each providing a safe and personal approach based on your individual needs.

With Individual Support, I take time to listen, understand your experiences and explore what you need. Together, we look at your coping patterns, including those that may have helped you in the past but no longer serve you. By gaining insight and exploring new ways of coping, we work towards greater emotional resilience and confidence.
During my Grief Support Groups, I offer a safe space to share experiences, find recognition and comfort, and feel less alone. Grief can feel incredibly lonely, even when surrounded by loving and supportive people. Connecting with others who have experienced a similar loss can bring understanding without needing many words.
I also offer Online Support, because distance doesn't have to stand in the way of meaningful, personal support. I create a warm, safe and trusting space wherever you are. I listen closely, sense what may remain unspoken and adapt to your needs, offering the same personal connection and understanding as in my practice.

How it works

Taking the first step towards support can sometimes feel difficult. At Living Loss Practice, I aim to make this process as comfortable and personal as possible.

You can choose between individual sessions or a counselling package, depending on your needs and preferences. Sessions take place in my practice in Munich, Schwabing West, or online. Family and couples counselling can also be arranged at your home, if preferred.

We start with a free, informal phone conversation to discuss your needs and explore how I can support you. This also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions and see if we are a good fit. Afterwards, you can decide whether you would like to continue with counselling.

Package

The package offers a structured yet flexible approach, allowing us to explore your experiences, understand your coping patterns and work towards greater emotional resilience.

1. Intake Session
Before this session, I will send you a short intake form to learn more about your situation, experiences and what you hope to gain from counselling. During our intake, we take time to explore your story, your needs and what you would like to work towards.
2. Three Counselling Sessions
These sessions focus on your personal experiences, individual needs and the challenges you are facing. Together, we explore the impact of grief, loss or significant life changes, how they affect your emotional wellbeing and daily life, and the coping patterns you have developed over time.We reflect on which patterns continue to support you and  which may no longer be helpful. Through greater awareness, practical guidance and insights into grief and emotional wellbeing, we explore new ways of coping and responding to life's challenges.
The aim is not to change what has happened, but to help you integrate your experiences into your life in a meaningful way, while strengthening your resilience, confidence and sense of balance.
3. Review Session
In our final session, we reflect on your progress, what has changed and what you may still need. Together, we decide whether additional sessions would be helpful or whether you feel ready to continue independently.
